Important before you request a withdrawal
The Withdraw page is the source of truth for your current minimum withdrawal amount, available balance, payout method status, fee preview, review step, and account-specific eligibility.
All withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout. Approved payouts are processed in batches and may take several business days depending on review, provider validation, and payout provider handling.
Use this page to understand the public withdrawal and payout rules before submitting a request.
The Withdraw page shows the active minimum amount in USD before a request can be submitted.
Accounts must meet the 30-day age requirement before withdrawal eligibility is available.
PayPal is the supported payout method for launch. The PayPal destination must belong to the CapWard user.
All withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved payouts are processed in batches. Timing is not instant.
Provider reversals can reduce available balance and may affect pending or approved withdrawal requests.
PayPal or other payout provider fees, restrictions, errors, and delays are outside CapWard’s full control.
These rules apply alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, provider rules, payout provider rules, and any account-specific messages shown inside your CapWard account.
This Withdrawal and Payment Policy explains how CapWard handles withdrawal eligibility, payout method rules, payout review, reward reversals, payout provider issues, and support for payout-related questions.
For phase 1, CapWard uses CapWard as the legal name shown in this policy. Once the registered business or SSM name is ready, this policy should be updated to show the registered legal entity details.
CapWard only supports withdrawal requests for approved rewards earned through the platform. CapWard does not let users add money to CapWard, transfer money between users, or use CapWard as a stored cash account.
CapWard is currently available only in countries listed as supported on the platform. Currently supported countries: Malaysia, Singapore. This list comes from CapWard’s backend configuration and may change as CapWard expands country by country.
For launch, PayPal is the supported payout method. More payout methods may be added later country by country only when CapWard enables them in the product.
Your payout destination must belong to you. For PayPal, the PayPal email used for withdrawal must belong to the same CapWard user and must be an account you are allowed to use.
CapWard may reject, delay, disable, or review payout details that appear incorrect, shared, mismatched, unsupported, reused in a risky way, or connected to suspicious activity.
The current minimum withdrawal shown by CapWard’s backend configuration is $30 USD. The Withdraw page is the source of truth before you submit a request because the minimum can depend on the active policy and your account state.
All withdrawal amounts are shown in USD for phase 1. Any local currency display or estimate may be added later, but USD remains the payout amount reference unless CapWard states otherwise in the product.
Your account must meet the 30-day account age requirement before withdrawal eligibility is available. The Withdraw page or Account Status page may show progress toward this requirement.
You must also have an eligible account status, enough approved rewards, a verified payout method, current policy acceptance where required, and no active account restriction that blocks withdrawal requests.
Rewards become withdrawable only after the relevant task provider validates the activity and CapWard records the reward as available. Pending, held, reversed, failed, rejected, or already paid rewards are not available for a new withdrawal request.
All withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout. Review may include account status, payout method status, provider validation, reward history, fraud signals, device or browser signals, country eligibility, reversal risk, support history, and payout rule checks.
Withdrawal review and payout processing can take several business days. CapWard does not promise instant withdrawal approval or instant payout provider processing.
Approved withdrawals are processed in batches. CapWard may pause, delay, or reschedule payout processing for security review, provider issues, payout provider downtime, banking or PayPal delays, public holidays, operational limits, or unusual activity.
A submitted withdrawal request is not final until CapWard approves and records the payout result. The withdrawal detail page and withdrawal history show the latest status available to the user.
Adding or editing a payout method may require verification, OTP, security checks, or manual review before the payout method can be used safely.
A recently edited payout method usually triggers a 72-hour lock or sensitive-action review window. CapWard may review the method longer if risk, mismatch, destination reuse, account protection, or provider concerns are detected.
Changing payout details close to a withdrawal request may cause extra review. Always check the destination carefully before submitting because payout provider errors caused by wrong user-entered details may be outside CapWard’s control.
CapWard may charge a withdrawal fee if an active fee rule applies. Any CapWard fee must be shown before you submit the withdrawal request, including the gross withdrawal amount, withdrawal fee, and estimated net payout where available.
The amount shown before submission can change if backend policy, balance, payout method, fee rule, provider status, or eligibility changes before the final request is accepted. If the product asks you to review again, check the updated amount before submitting.
PayPal or another payout provider may apply its own fees, account restrictions, currency conversion handling, receiving limits, reversals, compliance checks, or processing errors. These provider-side matters are outside CapWard’s full control.
Task providers may later reject, reverse, cancel, or adjust rewards if activity is invalid, incomplete, duplicated, unsupported, suspicious, reversed by the advertiser, or not accepted under provider rules.
Reversed rewards reduce your available balance and may affect pending or approved withdrawal requests if the affected rewards were included in your withdrawal eligibility.
If reversals or adjustments create a negative or disputed balance, CapWard may deduct the amount from future rewards, restrict withdrawals, hold requests for review, reject requests, or take other reasonable action to protect the platform and providers.
CapWard may delay, reject, reverse, or restrict a withdrawal if the account, reward history, payout destination, device, browser, IP address, country signal, provider activity, support history, or other risk signal appears suspicious or inconsistent.
If a payout fails, is returned, is blocked, or cannot be completed, CapWard may retry the payout, return the amount to your available balance, ask you to update your payout method, request more information, or place the account under review depending on the case.
CapWard is not required to reveal detailed fraud rules, risk thresholds, provider evidence, device-linking methods, or internal review logic if doing so could weaken platform safety or help users bypass controls.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, using only your own account, completing tasks honestly, following provider rules, and using only a payout destination that belongs to you.
You must not use fake activity, bots, automation, shared accounts, duplicate accounts, false information, VPN or proxy abuse, provider manipulation, payout destination misuse, or any method intended to bypass CapWard or provider checks.
You should contact Support quickly if your payout destination is wrong, your account security may be compromised, a withdrawal looks unfamiliar, or a payout provider issue prevents you from receiving an approved payout.
CapWard may update this policy as payout methods, countries, provider rules, fees, review processes, account requirements, or legal/business details change.
The Withdraw page, Account Status page, Payout Method page, Withdrawal History, and withdrawal detail page may show account-specific requirements that apply to your current account state.
